Eligibility for Returns
We currently accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item you received is defective or damaged
- The item you received is incorrect and does not match your order
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return ( personal-use accessories or opened packaging). Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Since Judy Treks operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are processed in the following ways:
- If the item is defective or incorrect, you may refuse delivery, and no payment will be collected.
- If you have already accepted and paid for the item, and it is later confirmed as defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund through direct contact.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification.

Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, Judy Treks will cover any return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
